Pick areas, offices, archive storage, kitting stations and slow-moving bulk all work well above the main floor. Pair the mezzanine deck with shelving below for a two-tier solution.

What goes into the structure

A proper mezzanine is more than a platform: designed deck load (300–1,000 kg/m²), stairs, kick-plates, handrails and a gate at the goods-lift point. All ACE RACK mezzanines are sized to local seismic and fire codes.
