Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before specifying, ordering and installing ACE RACK storage systems — from product selection to worldwide delivery.

Products & Selection

Choosing the Right System

What racking and shelving systems do you manufacture?

We manufacture a full range of warehouse storage systems, all engineered and produced in-house: selective pallet racking, drive-in / drive-through racking, double-deep racking, push-back racking, pallet shuttle (radio shuttle) racking, automated AS/RS, cantilever racking, mezzanine floors, plus longspan, boltless and angle shelving and retail gondola / shop shelving.

How do I choose the right racking system for my warehouse?

It depends on your pallet size, load per level, SKU count, turnover rate and forklift type. For high-SKU / low-volume operations, selective racking gives the best individual access. For few SKUs / high volume, drive-in or shuttle racking maximizes storage density. Send us your warehouse layout and we will recommend the most cost-effective solution.

What is the difference between selective and drive-in racking?

Selective racking offers 100% individual pallet access (FIFO-friendly) but lower storage density. Drive-in racking stores pallets deep in shared lanes on a common foundation, dramatically increasing density at the cost of LIFO access — ideal for homogeneous, high-volume goods in cold stores and distribution centers.

Customization & Engineering

Made to Your Specification

Can you customize racking to my dimensions and load requirements?

Yes. Every project is made to order — bay width, depth, height, beam levels and load capacity are all configurable. We also build non-standard structures such as narrow-aisle systems, very tall high-bay racking and combined racking + mezzanine floors.

Do you provide structural calculations and stamped drawings?

Yes. Our engineering team performs structural calculations for every project and can supply stamped drawings on request, compliant with the target market's standards (RMI, AS4084, FEM).

Can you integrate WMS / WCS warehouse software?

Yes. Beyond the steel, we deliver WMS / WCS software that integrates with your MES, enabling intelligent, data-driven warehouse operations from a single supplier.

Quality, Standards & Warranty

Built to Last, Certified to Standard

What standards do your products comply with?

Our systems strictly comply with the world's major racking standards — USA RMI, Australia AS4084 and Europe FEM — and are TÜV tested. We support third-party inspection at any production stage.

What is your warranty?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all racking and shelving systems. Roughly 80% of our new customers come recommended by existing ones who have used our products for 10–20 years.

What surface treatment and coating do you use?

Standard finish is electrostatic powder coating in custom RAL colors. For cold stores and outdoor yards we offer galvanized or pre-galvanized components with verified salt-spray resistance.

Ordering, Lead Time & Support

From Quote to Delivery

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard systems follow container-load MOQs, but we also supply customized parts with an MOQ of just 1 piece — we gladly make the small, hard-to-source components others won't.

What is your typical lead / production time?

With a 30,000 m² production base and 10,000+ tons of steel in stock, we can ship urgent orders in as little as 20 days. Standard projects typically deliver in 4–8 weeks including engineering and coating.

Do you ship worldwide, and which incoterms do you support?

Yes — we have exported to more than 53 countries across five continents. We handle FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP, and can arrange freight and customs support.

Do you provide installation support?

Installation teams are available across Asia, and we provide step-by-step remote assembly guidance everywhere else, plus free drawings and free samples for any project size.

How do I get a quote?

Send your warehouse layout, pallet dimensions, load requirements and target standards to our team via the Contact page. We return a free proposal with drawings, typically within 2 business days.

Still have a question?

Our engineering team replies to most inquiries within one business day.
