Shuttle Racking

Automated shuttle racking gives high-density pallet storage with shuttle carts and WMS/WCS, flexible FIFO/LIFO, and no forklift entry for safer throughput.

Overview

Shuttle racking is an automated, high-density pallet storage system. A shuttle car runs inside the deep lanes as the load-handling device, working with forklift trucks that load and unload pallets from both ends — so first-in, first-out (FIFO) storage is simple and reliable. It is widely regarded as the future direction of pallet racking.

The full system combines racking, shuttle carts, elevators, a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a Warehouse Control System (WCS). Shuttles move pallets within the lanes while forklifts stay outside, lowering impact risk. The upright columns take the main load and are fitted with stabilising accessories, and all frames use high-grade Q235 steel for lasting, stable performance.
